The kitchen area is fitted with a range of units, incorporating an electric hob and oven, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, automatic washing machine and coffee maker. The dining area has a sea view and is furnished with a Welsh dresser, large farmhouse table and 10 chairs. |  | The spacious sitting room has a tiled floor with rugs, a high open beamed ceiling, exposed stone walls and comfortable seating for 10. There is also a colour TV, video, DVD, HiFi system and items of occasional furniture together with internet access. | | There are 4 bedrooms, 3 are downstairs and one upstairs. Bedrooms 1,2 and 4 are detailed below. Bedroom 3 has open beams, a set of 3' bunk beds, chest of drawers and pine wardrobe. The family bathroom is downstairs and has a bath with electric shower over, WC and wash hand basin. There is also a shower room with a shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin en-suite to Bedroom 1. Bath towels are provided. There is full oil fired central heating throughout the property, this and electricity will be charged for according to use. Up to two pets are welcome, but restricted to the tiled areas. |
